Pixi (pí xiū), also known as "Paixie, Tianlu, Baixie", commonly known as "Pi Dahu", is a Chinese ancient books and folk myths and legends of a ferocious beast of prey, with the dragon, phoenix, tortoise, unicorn, and is known as the five great beasts of prey. [8]

According to the records of the Grand Historian (史记-五帝本纪), Pixi is a fierce beast with six feet. The Qing Taolu Class Notes - Animals - Pixi" records: "Brave appearance shape like a tiger or like a bear, the fur is greyish white. Pixiu body shape like a tiger and leopard, head and tail like a dragon, its colour is also gold and jade, its shoulders have a pair of wings but cannot spread, and the head has a horn and is tilted back. In ancient times is divided into one corner or two horns, one corner called "Tianlu", two horns called "Paixie". Brave shape is mostly single-horned.
